Return & Exchange Policy
• For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns of products once purchased, even if they remain unopened and in their original condition. Exceptions apply only in cases beyond the customer’s control, such as a verified technical error on our website.
• Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of the purchase date if the product is received damaged or has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, a replacement product will be provided. Please note that refunds are not available. The damaged item must be returned in order to process the replacement.
• If a shipment is refused upon delivery, or if incorrect customer information (such as phone number or email address) results in the order being returned to us, the delivery fee will be deducted from the total order value. Should you wish to have the order re-shipped, a new delivery fee will be charged.
• Once an order has been processed and confirmed, its contents cannot be modified
